Mel believes in focussing on the positive and equipped mentally and physically to be remain at the top of her game….
Having been in the hairdressing industry for such a long time, Mel realised that being in such a physically demanding job, it would be vital to look after her own body and posture.
So over the years, Mel has always ensured her body is kept physically in tune with a range of activities, But now she realises that without care of her mental strength she could not have achieved all she has, as body and mind need to work together.
So now studying yoga and relaxation techniques are all apart of her daily approach to life and she says
I feels invigorated during and after each session, but I still feel I must continue to seek out new challenges, to become better at everything I do”.
